All services are for women, men, and children over 13 years old.
Reservations: Reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment.
A minimum of 1 day’s notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
Children: By health and safety requirements, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa. Children between the ages of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Check-in: We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you have time to change, relax, and enjoy the facilities in preparation for your treatment.
Delays: Unfortunately, arriving late can shorten the duration of treatment, diminishing its effectiveness and enjoyment.
Valuables: Although every precaution is taken, the management cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to
personal belongings. We ask all guests to take care of their valuables.
Payment and Pricing: We accept cash payment in AED and recognize Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
